Bryan San Juan

Service Foreman

Bryan is a seasoned veteran with over 38 years experience working with all types of roofing. Bryan holds a Journeyman’s Certificate and Certificate of Completion in OSHA 30.  As a former Superintendent and Foreman (production and service divisions) for 2 of the largest roofing contractors in Seattle, Bryan has done it all and outlasted some of his former employers.   Tile and slate are the most aesthetically pleasing to  Bryan.  He also likes the complexity of these types of roof systems.  Some of his favorite projects include Bill Gate’s home, the home of a former American Airlines executive, Howard Shultz’s residence, the residences of Paul Allen, and acting Foreman and Project Manager on a very large residence in Milwaukee, WI.  Bryan’s skills include plumbing, carpentry, interior remodeling, hardwood floors, landscaping, gardening, horticulture, and electronics.

Besides roofing Bryan served in the Special Forces in Mexico City and graduated to be a part of the 51st Generation. Bryan spent 5 years as a paratrooper in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Battalion.

Bryan and his wife Rosalia have three children, Angel, Michelle, and Belen and are expecting a new addition to the family in Feb 2019.  Away from work he enjoys time spent with his family the most and especially cooking for them.  When not with his family he is traveling, reading, watching movies, and listening to all types of music including American rock, classical, and jazz.  “I love and care for all animals but I am a cat person.”
