Waterproofing and Water Repelling Systems

Leaving deteriorated and/or weathered waterproofing conditions for too long puts the substrate at risk for structural damage. We have systems to protect your roof.

Walls, foundations, planters and tilt-up caulking joints all leak eventually either due to poor original installation, damage, building movement or years of exposure to the elements.  Leaving deteriorated and/or weathered waterproofing conditions for too long puts the substrate at risk for structural damage.  Porous building components will actually take on water and chronic exposure causes damage to spread from within.  Typically, there are signs of this type of activity taking place. Efflorescence (migration of salt/calcite to an exterior surface) staining, paint detachment, and water at the bases of walls are examples of symptoms that should be addressed immediately.
